Today, crime and domestic terrorism have increased and advanced to an even higher level of sophistication. Federal and local law enforcement agencies have had, with new and advanced training to keep up with the modern criminal by turning and developing a new elite unit from their own special "response" teams. Today they turn again to the military expertise, such as US Navy Seal Team Operations, Special Forces Diver Operations, USMC Recon Combatant Diver and the US Navy Explosive Ordinance "Disposal" Units. Waterborne Operations can provide expanded capability for all Police Special Operations Teams. The Stealth and Covert approach that a team can achieve during a waterborne operation depend entirely upon its ability and level of Training.
